Vegetables production

A varied plantation of vegetables such as cabbage, tomato, carrot, lettuce, onion, beetroot, arugula, cassava, green beans, moringa, arthimizia, pepper is organically grown to supply the program of Daily Meals for vulnerable children. The remaining vegetables are sold in the community or elsewhere.

35 garden beds using newly excavated lake top soil were allocated to 35 community single mothers without access to garden space.
